- One contractor, one schedule, one point of contact
- Licensed and insured, PA HIC PA203239
- Clean site every evening, respectful crew in a lived-in home
- Finished on the date we agreed
A whole-home renovation is a hundred small decisions stacked on top of a few big ones, and the reason projects run late is usually not the work itself but the gaps between trades. Underhill Lions LLC is a licensed general contractor with our own framing, drywall, finish carpentry, flooring and painting crew, so most of a renovation happens under one roof and one schedule.
We work across Philadelphia, including the Northeast where we are based, plus Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Rowhomes with narrow stairs and old plaster, split-levels from the seventies, twins that need an open plan: we have opened, straightened and finished all of them.
What a renovation with us looks like
Every project starts with a walk-through and a written scope that lists each room, each trade and what "done" means. You get a fixed schedule with the plumbing and electrical partners already booked. During the work the crew arrives when we said, protects the floors and furniture that stay, and cleans up before leaving. At the end we walk the house together with a punch list and do not call it finished until the list is empty.
Framing, drywall and the finish work most people notice
Level walls, straight corners and tight trim are what make a renovation look expensive. Our crew does framing, drywall, skim coating over old plaster, insulation, baseboards, casing and crown, closets and built-ins. Paint and flooring are our own trades too, so the finish is one crew's standard from the first stud to the last coat.
