- Showers waterproofed before a single tile goes on
- Level, straight tile with tight grout lines
- Exhaust and lighting brought up to code
- Most bathrooms done in two to three weeks
Bathrooms are small rooms with a lot of trades in them, and water finds every shortcut. Underhill Lions LLC remodels bathrooms across Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery Counties with our own tile, carpentry and finish crew and licensed partners for the plumbing and electrical work, so one contractor is responsible for the whole room.
Showers that stay dry
A tile shower is only as good as the pan and membrane behind it. We demolish to the studs where the old walls are damaged, set a sloped pan, waterproof the walls and floor, and test it before tile. Then large-format porcelain, subway or mosaic tile set straight and level, grouted and sealed, with a niche, bench or curbless entry if you want one.
Everything else in the room
Vanities and sinks, toilets, tile floors with heat if you like, exhaust fans and lighting on their own circuits, doors, trim and paint. Small bathrooms in older Philadelphia homes often hide surprises behind the walls; we price the known work up front and tell you the day we find anything else.
