Yes. Tub-to-shower conversions are the most requested bathroom job we do. We reframe the opening, waterproof the pan and walls, tile, and set a glass door or curtain rod, and we can add a bench or a curbless entry.
With a proper shower pan and a waterproofing membrane over the walls and pan, tested before any tile goes on. Tile is not the waterproofing; what is behind it is, and it is the part we refuse to rush.
Yes. A new bathroom means new plumbing runs and venting, which our licensed plumbing partner handles under permit. We will tell you at the walk-through where a new bathroom is practical and where it is not.
Yes. We pull the permits the work needs with the City of Philadelphia, or the township in Bucks and Montgomery Counties, and schedule the inspections. Our licenses and insurance are on file with the city.
