New decks
We design the deck with you, draw it for the permit, dig and pour the footings, frame with pressure-treated lumber, and finish with composite or wood decking, railings and stairs that meet code. Lighting, a gate, a bench or a pergola can go in at the same time.
Deck repair
Soft boards, wobbly railings, a bouncy section, stairs that have pulled away: most of it is repairable if the frame is sound. We replace boards and joists, reset or replace railings, rebuild stairs and re-flash the ledger, then stain or paint so the repair disappears. When a deck is past saving we say so.
