What we did
- Laid a light gray porcelain tile floor.
- Installed a gray shaker vanity, matte black faucet, black-framed mirror and black light fixture.
- Added grab bars at the tub, a matte black towel bar and glass shelves.

When a refresh is enough
If the tub and wall tile are sound, a bathroom can look new without the cost and downtime of a full gut. Replacing the vanity, faucet, mirror, light and floor changes everything you see from the doorway. Grab bars at the tub make the room safer for every age, and a matte black finish on the hardware ties old and new pieces together. It is a fast way to update a bathroom in a home or a rental unit.
