Underhill Lions LLC renovated this Levittown house inside and out, from framing to finishes.
What we did
- Framed a rear addition with a covered porch and a paver patio.
- Opened the main floor into one living area with a kitchen island, recessed lights and a wood-slat wall with a linear fireplace.
- A new kitchen with two-tone shaker cabinets and quartz counters.
- A remodeled bathroom with a gray tile tub surround and matte black fixtures.
- Light wood-look flooring throughout, including the skylit upstairs bedrooms.
The first photos, of the rear addition in bare framing, are dated August 15, 2025; the finished rooms were photographed on September 30, 2025.
Why renovate the whole house at once
One project means one schedule: framing, siding, kitchen, bathroom and floors follow each other without the gaps and repeat setup of separate jobs. Running the same light wood-look flooring through every room makes an older Levittown house read as one open home instead of a set of patched rooms. Opening the main floor puts the kitchen island, living area and fireplace wall in one line of sight, so the space feels larger without adding square footage there.
