# Home Renovation: Kitchen, Two Baths and Floors in Newtown, PA

Location:
Newtown

Services:
- Whole-Home Renovation

Completed:
May 2026

Summary:
A Newtown home renovated inside: a white shaker kitchen with a quartz island, two bathrooms with matte black fixtures, and dark wood-look flooring and paint throughout.

Content:
Underhill Lions LLC renovated the inside of this Newtown home as one project.

## What we did

- A white shaker kitchen with quartz counters and a marble-look quartz island.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a second bathroom with a tiled tub.
- Dark wood-look flooring and fresh paint in the bedrooms, closets and hallway.

## Why one renovation for kitchen, baths and floors

Doing the kitchen, both bathrooms and the floors together means flooring runs once, continuously, instead of being patched around each room later. Matching white cabinets, matte black fixtures and one dark wood-look floor tie the whole house together, so it reads as one finished home rather than a series of separate updates.
